Fanplay online K-pop activities are a new type of playground where K-pop fans can gather and experience various K-pop-themed activities. We have DIY K-pop activities, K-beauty make-up activities, dance classes from talented K-pop dancers, and learn Korean with K-pop songs.

All you need to do is bring your laptop, PC, or tablet and relax in the most comfortable setting. Anytime Anywhere you can join with us 😀

You’ll use a video conferencing app called Zoom which allows all your guests to join the experience at once, enables audio and video so everyone can interact, and offers other tools to help you host. Once your online experience is approved, you’ll receive an invitation to sign up for a free Zoom account. After you sign up, test your internet connection by joining a test meeting and get familiar with its features.

Refund Policy for Fanplay Online K-pop Activity Club

A Guest is eligible for a full money-back guarantee if they request a refund at least seven days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds normally extend to products, taxes, and shipping fees. However, transaction fees charged by the payment gateway will likely be lost and not refunded.

Our payment process submits the refund immediately and makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, refund processing can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. 

Minimum Quality Standards, Host Responsibilities, and Reimbursement to Guest

The following situations are specific situations where Guests are eligible for a refund under the Fanplay Refund Policy:

– The Host fails to carry out the booked Experience or arrives more than 15 minutes past the stated start time, causing the Guest to abandon the Experience.

– After the host completes the reservation, the content of the class in the curriculum is completely changed without prior notice, causing confusion in the content of the class.

– For Experiences that take place online, a host cannot lead the Experience because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues.

If Fanplay determines that a Guest experienced these stated issues, Fanplay will, at its discretion, provide the Guest with a refund up to a maximum of the Total Fees the Guest paid for the Experience in accordance with this Policy.

If a guest requests a refund for these stated issues, your withdrawals will be refunded to the guest so your withdrawal request will not proceed

If a withdrawal is already completed, you agree to reimburse Fanplay up to the amount paid by Fanplay within 14 days of Fanplay’s request.

But a host is protected by the request of a refund if: 

– The guest cannot attend because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues. The guest should check the status of the device the guest will be using for the activity, and the internet connection, especially with Zoom before engaging in online experiences. If a guest reports these technical issues, Fanplay will try our best to help you out to address the issues. If a guest cannot fix the issues even with our help, please request a refund 24 hours prior to class, the guest is eligible for a full refund. 

– A refund is requested after 24 hours prior to the start of the online experience activity.

 

It’s best to go online with materials that your guests will likely have in their daily lives. However, if your guests must purchase or have necessary preparations, please notify them in advance. If your guest is having a hard time finding the material, please suggest alternatives.

If you have any difficulties in making suggestions to them, please contact Fanplay directly and we will try to suggest good ways to the guests.
