All you need to do is bring your laptop, PC, or tablet and relax in the most comfortable setting. Anytime Anywhere you can join with us 😀

Just get your phone, laptop, or tablet in a comfortable place. After you book, our club leader will send you a Zoom link that you need to access on the scheduled day. 

Refund Policy for Fanplay Online K-pop Activity Club

Thanks for purchasing our online K-pop activity club at Fanplay.

We offer a full money-back guarantee at least seven days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds normally extend to products, taxes, and shipping fees. However, transaction fees charged by the payment gateway will likely be lost and not refunded.

Our payment process submits the refund immediately and makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, refund processing can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. 

Please contact us when you request a refund. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Refund Policy for Fanplay K-pop Goods 

Order cancellation

You can cancel all orders until they are shipped out. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (maximum up to 75 days excluding 1-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. 

If you’ve received items that are not as described (e.g., you ordered a 32GB MP3 Player but you received a 16GB MP3 Player), you can request a refund or a reshipment. 

The fan player guarantees free international shipping and use a tracking-enabled shipping plan to ensure that your product is safely shipped to your home. But, you are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You claim you did not receive your order when the shipping company’s records show that you did.
  • You claim the order you received is not as described when the seller can prove it.
  • The item was delivered, but you no longer want it (regardless of the reason).
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fanplay (i.e., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fanplay

[Important] You can choose between two options: Return Goods – this means that you want to return the item and apply for a full refund, or Refund Only – this means that either you did not receive the item and you’re applying for a full refund or **you did receive the item and you want a partial refund (without having to send the item back). 

**If you have received the item and want a refund, you must return the item you received for a full refund. We are not responsible for any return costs incurred in this case. If you do not return, you can only get a partial refund. (Refunds are set at 20%-50% depending on the severity of the damage to the delivered product and the difference from the photo.)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (60 days) has expired. You can do it by contacting us.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges & Returns

If you would like to exchange your product for any reason, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy. If the product is not available in stock, you will get a full refund instead.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Our club manager will share a site link where you can buy the supplies you need. Furthermore, you can purchase the supplies directly through our website on the shopping page, and they are also listed as related products on the detailed page, so please take a look into them 🙂

Refund Policy for Online K-pop Activity Guests

The following situations are specific situations that are eligible for a refund under the Fanplay Refund Policy:

– The Host fails to carry out the booked Experience or arrives more than 15 minutes past the stated start time, causing the Guest to abandon the Experience.

– After the host completes the reservation, the content of the class in the curriculum is completely changed without prior notice, causing confusion in the content of the class.

If Fanplay determines that a Guest experienced these stated issues, Fanplay will, at its discretion, provide the Guest with a refund up to a maximum of the Total Fees the Guest paid for the Experience in accordance with this Policy.

But you are not eligible for a refund if: 

– The guest cannot attend or a host cannot lead the Experience because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues. Be sure to check the status of the device you will be using for the activity, and your internet connection, especially with Zoom before engaging in online experiences. If you report these technical issues, we will try our best to help you out to address the issues. If you cannot fix the issues even with our help, please request a refund 24 hours prior to class, you are eligible for a full refund. 

– Please understand that no refunds will be given after 24 hours prior to the start of the online experience activity.
